Some may encounter problems with doTERRA and others may not, so I think it's best for people to weigh both sides of the picture and decide for themselves whether to accept a certain point or not without disrespecting the opinion of others. I will also say that there are many (thousands, possibly millions) of people who are totally grateful for doTERRA because, in its existence alone, many more people have realized the great healing powers of essential oils, and many people have had life-changing experiences using something alternative to pharmaceuticals.
I haven't had positive results from my doterra oils either, and my upline hasn't found any solutions yet. In fact, it's great that doTERRA is an MLM because then the money goes into the hands of normal people who are paid to help others feel better and can provide value to users and, in turn, be rewarded for their efforts. doTERRA, in particular, seems to have a good heart, provides opportunities for stay-at-home mothers to earn income, and I know they also do charity work. .
